What to do if it's hard to get up in the morning

Surround yourself with bright light from the moment you wake up.

Open the curtains to let in the sun's rays.

Eat your breakfast right. For example, hot drinks invigorate you in the morning, especially mint tea.

Keep a routine: go to sleep and get up at the same time.
