4.1. The User is permitted to use the Site solely in accordance with this Agreement and within the confines of the Site's technical capabilities and interface.

4.2. The User commits to:

4.2.1. Avoid disrupting the Site's normal operations;

4.2.2. Refrain from disseminating or employing any software, robots, or automated methods that unlawfully collect, transfer, copy, obstruct, alter, or destroy Site Information and Database, or circumvent Site Administration-imposed restrictions;

4.2.3. Not facilitate or engage in any illicit actions via the Site that contravene legal stipulations or this Agreement.

4.3. Users are obligated to utilize Site Information exclusively for personal, non-commercial ends, unless authorized otherwise by the Site Administration or relevant copyright holders.

5. Site Operation and Liability

5.1. The Site Administration does not guarantee the perpetual availability of Site Information, nor its immunity from deletion or loss. The Administration bears no responsibility for operational errors or delays, nor for their potential consequences.

5.2. The Administration disclaims liability for the presence of viruses on the Site and any resultant harm to the User's computer from virus infections or other malicious software. The Site is provided to the User "as is," devoid of additional warranties.

5.3. The Administration neither compensates for nor assumes responsibility for any losses incurred by the User or third parties due to Site usage or operational characteristics, including decisions or actions predicated on Site Information.

5.4. Links to external sites, products, services, or information do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by the Site Administration.

6.4. The Agreement does not imply any agency, partnership, collaborative, employment, or other relationships beyond those explicitly stated.

6.5. Should any Agreement provisions be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity and applicability of the remaining terms remain unaffected.

6.6. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. Amendments take effect upon Internet publication at the specified address, unless stated otherwise in the revised Agreement. The prevailing Agreement version is accessible on the designated page.

Should the User disagree with any modifications to the Agreement, discontinuation of Site usage is required.
