Baked potatoes can be quite amazing, and it's also one of the healthiest ways to eat potatoes.

But simply baking whole potatoes covered in foil can be quite boring, so it's time to experiment with your food more!

Here are a few delicious potato recipes you can try.

Toss the potato pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs or spices.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.

Baked Potato Wedges

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Cut potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.

In a bowl, coat the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until they're golden and tender inside.

Hasselback Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Slice potatoes thinly without cutting all the way through.

Mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and your choice of herbs.

Brush the potatoes with the mixture, ensuring it gets between the slices.

Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are crispy, and the center is tender.

Cheesy Baked Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Slice potatoes into rounds.

In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Arrange a layer of potatoes in a baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese mixture, and repeat.

Pour some cream over the top and bake for 40-50 minutes until potatoes are soft and the top is golden brown.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Bake whole potatoes until tender.

Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh.

Mix the potato flesh with cheese, sour cream, chives, salt, and pepper.

Refill the potato skins with the mixture and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
