A shallow but wide plastic/clay pot is suitable for Stromanthe. Don't forget about the drainage pan and drainage.

How to grow

Provide the stromante with shade and at the same time indirect sunlight.

Water almost every day in the summer - the soil should always be slightly moist.

The ideal temperature is not higher than +30°C in summer, and not lower than +18°C in winter.

Ideal humidity levels for stromanta are 80-90%.

Watering

Stromantha is picky about watering. The top layer of its soil should dry out 2-3 cm between waterings.

In winter, watering is carried out less frequently.

Rain or distilled water at room temperature suits it best.

How to root stromanta

For rooting, healthy, strong cuttings are taken from the top of an adult plant.

The length of the cutting can be different, it is important that it has 2-3 leaves.

The cut is made slightly below the place where the lower one is attached. Immediately dust the cut area on the mother plant with activated carbon powder.
