Laziness is a generalized construct. With this word we usually name a whole set of factors that express a lack of diligence or a complete rejection of useful activity, a preference for free rest for work.

How laziness feels

As a rule, the state of laziness has several pronounced physiological manifestations. This is drowsiness, a feeling of fatigue, a slight headache. There may be discomfort in the body - heaviness in the stomach, pain in the intestines or spine.
